Yoga for Fertility is a gentle,
relaxing yoga class designed to create optimum blood flow through the
lower abdominal region and promote awareness of the calming, healing and
restorative powers of the breath.
The Fertility Wellness Center is
excited to introduce our new instructor, Julie Smallwood. Julie has been
active in Yoga for over 10 years and has trained under American Yoga
luminary Lilias Folan, among others. Julie is on staff at YogahOMe in
Symmes Township. Julie herself has dealt with infertility issues, so she
brings her own personal experience and insight to the class.
No
experience is necessary. Classes are held in the Patient Education room
at the Fertility Wellness Center and meet Tuesdays at 6:30 pm.
Class
sessions last 5 weeks and the fee is $60 PREPAID. There must be a
minimum of 3 students to hold the class.
