Dr. Chin and Staff,

This letter is long overdue. It is very difficult to write because it's hard put into words our gratitude. We came to see Dr. Chin based on a recommendation from my OB over two years ago. After having a few unsuccessful pregnancies, I must say we started out without much hope. We entered into treatment and later surgery. After surgery another miscarriage occurred. It is very trying both physically and emotionally to go through fertility treatment, not to mention having another miscarriage. However, I must say, as difficult as it was for us, Dr. Chin and his staff made it a little easier with their ability to console us through it. I will never forget when I had the miscarriage Dr. Chin called me personally that evening to talk about it. That meant more to me than he will ever know. What a comfort that was.

After months of treatment and our last miscarriage in February 2004, my husband and I decided to take a little break from treatments. During our "break" we were pleasantly surprised to find out in August 2004 that we were expecting. I immediately contacted Dr. Chin's office to confirm the home test. As always, Grace returned my call promptly. At the same time, I also immediately started to panic because of the previous miscarriages. Dr. Chin saw me right away and kept me under his care until we were well into the third month. On April 7, 2005, I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at Christ Hospital. I contacted Dr. Chin's office just to let them know Taylor Grace had been born and within the hour both Sandy and Dr. Chin called me personally to congratulate us.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Chin and his staff and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for our little girl because without their support and encouragement we probably would have given up.
