Dear Dr. Chin,

I know you have a lot of patients and probably don't remember me, but just in case wanted to send you picture of our beautiful baby girl.

I had come to you already pregnant but had 2 previous miscarriages.

I wanted to thank you for the care you gave me and Lauren. I was 10 days overdue and was induced. However, she was too comfortable in there and didn't want to come out so I ended up having a c-section. She and I both were very healthy the entire 17 hours of labor. And she is doing great.
