Dr. Chin,
I just wanted to say thank you for everything you have done for us. We now have two wonderful girls. On August 22, 2004 I had Brook and Brynn. Their actual due date was October 8, 2004 but due to me developing HELP Syndrome and toxemia I had been in the hospital for two weeks and then Dr. B decided to go ahead and deliver the girls with an emergency c-section. Brooke weighed 5 lbs. 7 ounces and Brynn was 4 lbs. 11 ounces and they were seven weeks early. They were only in the hospital for two weeks and that was because they did not have the sucking process down yet but went home very healthy. Brook is now rolling over and Brynn is learning how and they now weigh 16 and 15 pounds and are such an enjoyment.
I cannot even begin to thank you for the joy you have brought us and for handing in there with us. We have truly been blessed.
Thanks again,
Sincerely,
Kaylan, Michelle, Brooke and Brynn January 5, 2004 |

Dear Dr. Chin and Staff,
This message is long overdue, but we felt compelled to send it. We came to you last year in January on the advice of Dr. G. We were so discouraged in our attempts to conceive, and we weren't sure we'd ever be able to have a child of our own. But after only 2 cycles of infertility treatments with you, we became pregnant. As you know, our little Amelia Rose was born on October 31st, 2004.
Thanks again to you and your staff for everything you did for us during our treatment. We are completely blessed to have a such a wonderful daughter, and we attribute our success to you. We hope you know how much you've enriched our lives. You're the best!

Dear Dr. Chin & Staff,
We apologize for taking so long to write this letter because we know it is long overdue! Our little miracle was finally born and we cannot thank you enough for all the support, patience and encouragement that you gave to us throughout our journey to begin a family.
While we were discouraged by our unfortunate luck, we knew that every time we came to your office we would be greeted by your exceptional staff and medical expertise. It was your support and thoroughness that helped us stay strong and determined to keep our faith.
Parenthood is even better than we imagined and we are grateful every day four our little angel. Thanks again for all you have done for us medically and for the friendship we have developed along the way.
Best regards,
Britty and Brian January 17, 2005 |
