Dear Dr. Chin -
I hope you remember us! I just received a call from a co-worker looking for a reproductive endocrinologist and I gave her your name & number & of course told her how wonderful you are! It made me want to drop you a line just to say hello & thank you for helping us have the family that we always wanted.
Zachary is 4 years old now & Nickolaus is 2. They are both very healthy, happy children & I can't imagine life without them. We are very grateful to you for all that you did for us, especially after being told by a urologist & a RE that we would never have children.
Well, I just wanted to say hi & let you know that even though it's been 3 years since we've been to your office, Tim & I both still think of you often & will never forget what you did for us.

and such a renowned reputation, you have never forgotten the needs of
your patients. I have never seen a physician so compassionate, so
caring, and always there to listen to his patients...and is what
separates the good doctors from the great ones. Thank you so much
