Established patient appointments
will be scheduled by the clinical staff throughout their
treatment.
ROUTINE CALLS:
Routine calls and inquiries
should be made between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm Monday through
Friday. The office staff is trained to answer many of your
questions. If they are unable to help you, the message
will be given to Dr. Chin. The clinical staff will
return calls throughout the day as time permits and urgent
calls will be taken or returned as soon as possible; however,
all calls will be returned before close of day. If you
are returning a message from our clinical staff, please let
the receptionist know this information so the call can be
transferred directly to the Medical Assistant or Nurse who
left you the message.
EMERGENCY & AFTER HOURS CALLS:
If you need to see Dr. Chin for
an emergency during office hours, call the office and tell the
receptionist your call is urgent. Dr. Chin will schedule
to see you at the office unless he decides a hospital
emergency room is more appropriate for your condition.
For medical emergencies or
issues after office hours, call the office to receive the
emergency number for Dr. Chin. For a true emergency,
dial 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
